A guy, I am assuming a young guy (very nice by the way), called to make a reservation today. I was having trouble hearing him spell his name because instead of saying a like apple, he was saying a like alpha and u like utilitarian and I though he was speaking in tongues. Anyway, when I finally figured out the correct spelling, his last name was Sprague, I said “Oh, like Howard Sprague.” …silence… “Who is Howard Sprague?”, he asked. Oh never mind…
